Refund policy

Order processing through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The tax invoice for your subscription is issued by Paddle, which collects and remits VAT according to your location.
Free trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You are not charged anything during the trial and there is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription — payment only occurs if you explicitly choose a subscription.
Right of withdrawal (first purchase)
For EU/EEA customers, your first subscription purchase benefits from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, handled by Paddle in accordance with its refund policy. You can request a refund within this window directly from the confirmation email received from Paddle, or by contacting us. The right of withdrawal may end early once you have started actively using the service with your express consent, in line with EU rules on digital content.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the displayed price. You can cancel at any time, directly from the platform or from the Paddle billing portal — access remains active until the end of the period already paid. Amounts for renewal periods already billed are not refunded pro-rata, except where cancellation is caused by a material change to the service or an error attributable to us.
How to request a refund
Write to us at [email protected] (we reply within 2 business days) or use the link in your Paddle confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the same payment method used for the purchase.
This policy applies together with the Paddle checkout buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). In case of differences, the highest level of buyer protection always applies.
